Tim is a serial entrepreneur, technology innovator, and business executive with more than four decades of experience building, transforming, and selling businesses.
His ventures have spanned software development, computer networking, managed IT services, telecommunications, and technology infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has combined entrepreneurial vision with hands-on technical expertise, designing and implementing business systems for organizations ranging from small businesses to major enterprises.
Beyond his own ventures, Tim has spent more than 25 years participating in entrepreneurial peer advisory forums, developing close relationships with founders across diverse industries and gaining valuable perspective on the challenges of business ownership.
At Clarynt, Tim helps business leaders navigate change, leverage technology, improve operations, and identify new opportunities.
Cynthia brings nearly four decades of financial leadership, operational management, and business systems expertise to Clarynt Consulting.
Throughout her career, she has provided financial and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial ventures. Her experience includes developing financial systems, managing business transformations, navigating complex financial challenges, and preparing businesses for successful ownership transitions.
Cynthia has also helped other business owners address financial and operational difficulties, working with lenders, attorneys, accountants, and regulatory authorities to develop practical solutions.
